It's a very good start BUT........ Ti requires a different set-up (TIG welder) and the tubes have to be backpurged with argon.  As you know from the market and what builders are charging for Ti frames the cost for the tubes are a bit more than steel.  The details associated with Ti building are much more than what I've just mentioned but you get the idea.
