I've heard that you can convert the Reba to a coil spring fork. It adds a little weight, but the fork becomes maintenance free and is supposed to be buttery smooth.  You can apparently use a Pike spring kit or a spring kit from the Revelation fork.

Anybody tried this?  Wondering about the cost and about ride..
