Got this from Bart at SouthPark Cycles:

The 6 hour Grind on the Greenway is a 6 hour mountain bike event. Below is all the info off of the website.  I have done a handleful of different endurance events but last Novembers 6 hour race that was part of the Tree Shaker at Springs had a great turn out and was a ton of fun for a limited amount of suffering.  The best way to put it is your can still do an endurance event and be well home before dinner. It is a great way to also get started in endurance events.  The course and facilities at springs are great and it is a beautiful place to ride.  I had so much fun (apparently the folks at Springs enjoyed the event as well)  in November I decided to team up with Neal of Charlotte Sports Cyling and a few others to help bring the 6 hour event  to Anne Springs in Fort Mill SC in April. Why is it called the "Grind" ? That will only take about 2 or 3 laps to figure out.  Come on out, it should be a great event

Thanks
