Looking to pick up a set of tires to commute on. What do you ride? Probably go with something that's got a little tread on it rather than pure slick - any thoughts?

I ride a pair of WTB slickasaurus....but those are pretty much slick. Any semi-slick would work for you, small center tread with knobs on the edge. Sweetskinz makes some cool looking tires.

I have an old wheelset for my 29er I've been thinking about hooking up with a set of commuter tires as well. I live a couple of miles from "The Hill" and figure it might be a good solution to save on fuel, have more ride time and fun on the bike when I need to go into town. Just got to get my front wheel back from my buddy and get a set of tires.

I really dig those Sweetskinz tires... their hooked up! I definitely like the American Flag tires! Those mugs would look great on my blue frame!
