I am currently testing a couple of helmet cameras (action camera) for picking up footage on my rides. One of them is an Adrenaline Systems which I have
heard plently of positive stuff. Any advice i should follow to make sure the specs are good and it is worth keeping?

One of the cams has is CCD and the other a SD card unit. Any suggestions?

I will post what I find out after this week when I have had a chance to test them out. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I was checking out the following:

GoPro Helmet Hero, VholdR, VIO POV1 and the Adrenaline System.

At one point I was seriously considering the Adrenaline System, but when it finally spec'd everything I needed it was going to cost almost as much as the POV1, would weigh more and it didn't have the remote control like the POV1 (or I don't remember seeing a remote listed on the site). So I finally decided to get a POV1 and it was definitely the right choice and I have regretted it one bit. It's really tough, easy to use, the remote makes it hassle free and a remote is in my opinion a must! I've posted a thread about my search for a cam, a couple of blogs and a few videos too. Below are the links to everything I've posted on helmet cams.

The actual video quality is superior to what you'll see on the site and the black artifacts you'll see in some of the videos are from my video editing Apple's "iMovie" software and don't actually exist in the original video footage. The POV1 comes with some software, but is PC only software and I use a Mac. My next search is for affordable video editing software that actually does a good job.
