Who would've thought that low fat Chocolate Milk has proven to be a good low cost alternative to expensive recovery drinks.  Plus it tastes really good!!

There have been several studies testing low fat chocolate milk against expensive recovery drinks and the results were impressive. Here's the link to more info if you want to see the details....there are several others.
