Who would've thought that low fat Chocolate Milk has proven to be a good low cost alternative to expensive recovery drinks. Plus it tastes really good!! There have been several studies testing low fat chocolate milk against expensive recovery drinks and the results were impressive. I tried the chocolate milk thing, turned to cottage cheese in my belly while riding  I usually just eat a banana and pound down a bunch of water. Anything else before a ride usually gives me a belly ache. I would like to find something else that works though. Any one have any suggestions?
