I am getting ready to go on my first MTB weekend trip to Tsali. We will be camping and riding all day long. I was trying to figure out the best types of breakfast, riding meals & snacks, and of course dinner. I was thinking bannanas & PB sandwiches for the rides, and possible chicken breast for supper. 650b We'll I've gotten 11 rides in on my new 650b now and I'm really digging the wheelsize, the frame, the fork, the steel frame, the handling... I'm really diggin the new bike! I originally posted this on a local website and was suprised at all the feedback I received. Apparently I am not the only one who had a rude awakening on his first ride...... While riding at Sherman Branch yesterday (July 29th, 2008) a bug hit the back of my throat. I tried to expel him with a blast from the lungs, but that only cause him to drop a little further down my throat. I could feel it crawling around and I swear I think the sucker bit me... or dug his little claws into my throat hanging on for some chance to escape the swim he was going to take.
